
Michael Hauch
Michael Hauch has been Managing Director of OHB Information Technology Services GmbH since December 1, 2024.
He studied business informatics at the University of Applied Sciences and worked, among others, at IBM as a consultant, senior consultant, and project manager for the implementation of SAP in large DAX and MDAX companies. In 2006, he moved on to the writing and drawing instruments industry, joining Staedtler Mars GmbH & Co., where he was responsible for the global implementation of SAP for all subsidiaries. Since November 2009, Michael Hauch has held various management positions within the OHB Group for MT Aerospace AG and became the Head of Information Technology at MT Management Service GmbH in 2014, a service company for the MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peissenberg Group, which supports around 1,100 employees.

Andreas Köller
Since April 1, 2025, Andreas Köller has been the Group CIO of OHB SE and Managing Director of OHB Information Technology Services GmbH, responsible for the group-wide IT strategy. With a degree in Business Informatics, he brings over 15 years of experience in senior IT roles within technology-driven industrial companies.
Before joining OHB, he served as Vice President IT at ENERCON, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines, where he led the global IT organization. His areas of expertise include IT governance, ERP transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
As Group CIO, he is consistently driving the evolution of IT into a strategic business partner. His focus is on standardizing processes and deploying technology precisely where it delivers measurable value – on Earth and in space.

Dr. Kristina Wagner
Dr Kristina Wagner has been CTO of OHB SE and Managing Director of OHB Information Technology Services GmbH since 1 February 2024.
Dr Wagner completed her doctorate in mathematics at RWTH Aachen University and the University of Melbourne and started her industrial career at Siemens Corporate Technology in technology consulting. Since October 2015, Dr. Wagner has held various management positions at KUKA Group, including Head of Research and Pre-Development and Head of "iiQKA | The Robot X-perience", KUKA's largest innovation programme. Most recently, she was responsible for the global software development of Robotics with her multinational teams. In 2021, Dr Wagner was elected to the Board of euRobotics and to the Augsburg Digital Council.
